Care

Light: Prefers bright, direct sunlight but can tolerate partial shade. Place your plant in a south or west-facing window for best results.

Watering: Aloe Vera plants are drought-tolerant and should be allowed to dry out completely between waterings. Water thoroughly when the soil is dry to the touch, and then let the excess water drain away. Do not allow the plant to sit in standing water, as this can lead to root rot.

Soil: Prefers well-draining soil, such as a mix of cactus potting soil and sand.

Fertilization: Do not require frequent fertilization and should only be fertilized occasionally with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer).

Humidity: Aloe Vera plants prefer low humidity levels and can tolerate dry air.

Temperature: Prefers temperatures between 60-90°F and can tolerate a wider range of temperatures but will not thrive in extreme heat or cold.

Propagation: Can be propagated from offsets or from cuttings. Simply remove offsets or cut a piece of the parent plant and allow it to callus over before planting in soil.

Blooms: Aloe Vera plants produce spikes of orange or red flowers during the summer months.
